4 star accommodation that is FAR from 4 Star

So much was wrong with this place...<br> - They claim to be in North Riding, but conveniently forget to mention they are so close to the outskirts you have to drive into Kya Sands to get there and we were accessing the guest house late at night and felt very unsafe.<br> - We had booked for more than 2 people, but they only provided towels, cups, glasses, coffee, etc for 2.<br> - The breakfast in the mornings took forever to get to us and variety was non existent.<br> - The one morning the fruit salad was not fresh as promised.<br> - The ladies serving us didn't clear our table during breakfast, just stood their talking. We cleared our own table.<br> - We were served toast half an hour before the breakfast arrived.<br> - The one morning we were served bacon almost completely raw.<br> - A person was never at reception in the evenings.<br> We checked out a day early, despite the establishment being completely against refunding us. We were SO unhappy and felt so cold and unwelcome.
