Lack of communication system

My daughter is trying for weeks to reach Protea Park school and they currently live far from Rustenburg it is difficult to go to the school to enroll her children. Not able to correspond with them make it very difficult. It has been weeks that she is trying to make contact with Protea Park School. When you ask someone who's child attents Protea Park, they tell you that they were informed by sms that the school's phones are out of order. All the numbers on internet is out of order or "does not exist" We checked on their Facebook and there too is no alternative number to solve the communication problem. Is their any hope that it will be fixed soon?
