Worst worst worst
The most ridiculous I've ever seen. They over bill you, there is always new costs, most inaccurate readings, website is always down, you get billed even when utilizing the electricity. Like im out of words and let's not mention thier customer service 🙄

29 Jul 2024, 12:53Good day Ms. Ngubane
You are billed for exactly what you are utilizing according to the actual readings, and by using the Council's promulgated tariff structure.
Your billing is absolutely consistent, and it is clear that that you are using very little electricity, hot water and cold water:
| 09/04/2024 | Invoice | R365.47
| 15/05/2024 | Invoice | R259.77
| 05/07/2024 | Invoice | R306.18
| 25/07/2024 | Consumption since latest invoice | R258.80
The reason for the complaint is not clear, kindly contact our offices if you need further assistance.
Then, you are not making use of the best payment option. You are using a payment method with a fixed cost of R10.92 per transaction. Most times you buy electricity for R30 or R40 at a time and then R10.92 of that gets deducted. For June alone you spent over R150 just on transaction fees. Payment into our Nedbank account is without a fee, or making use of Easypay or Unipin outlets will already save you a lot.
Kind regards,
