Worst service provider ever
Protea Metering is the pits!!!!! I work from home and am losing money because of their pathetic service. Almost every month a voucher we buy fails to load. Right now it's 12.20pm, no electricity since 9.55am. After MANY attempts to get hold of them, I finally spoke to one of the agents (Sarah or something) at 10.55 and she promised to call back with feedback after 45 minutes....still no call back, no electrician to come and sort it out. Their numbers ring unanswered. The worst service provider I've ever dealt with!!!

19 Aug 2023, 09:4524 hours later, we're still sitting without power. No electrician came yesterday from Protea Metering. No idea how many more hours/days we'll go without power. Frickin unbelievable!!!!!
