Worst Service Provider. A ****!!
WORST service provider, rude call centre agents, you call different people and they will shout at you for not understanding. My meter reading was incorrect and they added R493 saying I owe 700 which was ridiculous because there's no way I could use that much electricity in 2 weeks. Unreliable, unresponsive, not helpful, ***********. Even after I still bought electricity its still not back since 6 am and it's almost 6pm now. Protea metering you are a ****!!!

Please fix my meter readings and refund my money. It's a mess and does not make any sense at all. You are robbing people. This is unacceptable!!
