Worst company to deal with
Worst company to deal with. *********** people and they are *******. You buy electricity and when we have power interruptions we still lose units.

You do not have a prepaid meter where kwh gets depleted as you use electricity.
You have a credit wallet account, where you need to maintain a credit balance in rand value. When there is a power failure, the consumption of electricity stops, but the water supply is still open. Any water consumption during a power failure will get deducted from the credit amount of your wallet.
