Worse service ever
The worst water billing serving I’ve ever seen my account is currently on minus R9 900 for hot water and my apartment doesn’t even use hot water we closed it but it says we are in arrears for hot water. I’ve been calling and nobody is answering me I am so angry Capital heights and Protea metering is the worst combination ever I am not going to pay money for something I don’t even know what is it for
