Why hide the billing statement, is there something sinister your are hiding?
Protea Metering is billing people, but cannot produce a billing statement except the figures shown on the invoice. If they are billing people correctly, why can't they show the meter readings from the meter? I really suspect something sinister with Protea Metering which needs to be investigated. Maybe it won't be a bad idea to report them to SA Consumer Complaints and/or the Public Protector.

It is simply not true that a client cannot get a statement of their account, and it is also simply not true that invoices do not reflect readings from the meter.
