Want to get rid of their system ASAP
Bad customer service. Their credit wallet system sucks! It can't handle duplicate payments and we are told we'll be fined if we make more than one purchase in a day. I want to be rid of this company and will now start the process of getting their system out of my unit.

26 Aug 2024, 11:55The first 100 rand failed (declined) and when I tried again (100) it would not allow me to pay.
You are aware of this, as I've sent both payment documents (declined and successful).
On top of that you want to fine people who make the "mistake" I did. Fix your system or put the rules on your dashboard.
