WALLET NOT CREDITED
I loaded R1000 electricity on the 13th of August 2026 and it has not been credited on my wallet.I’ve been trying to call them since and no one picks up their call , like nothing, yesterday I was on hold for 5hours. Why do they put numbers that don’t work on their website. They don’t reply emails
Apparently the only way I can get their attention is if you complain on hellopeter . These company is bulling us so badly
