Very poor service
I hate this service. My anxiety is through the roof. You don't know if you'll comeback home to light or darkness. As we speak I'm in the dark with a positive balance and R1000 they are yet to process. The food in my fridge is spoiled yet they don't even reply to your emails.
And it's frustrating going through my account statement.

Kindly note that the standby lines are available over weekends for calls to be taken: Technical emergencies after hour numbers:Normal Standby : ***Prepaid Standby : ****In operation from 16:30 to 20:00 on weekdays*In operation from 08:00 to 20:00 on weekends & public holidays*Between 20:00 and 21:00 please send a sms for attention on the same day still*After 21:00 send a sms for attention the following day
The office is however closed over weekends, with no emails being responded to after hours.
