Very bad service, ALWAYS

I have had it with Protea Metering. Their systems are always down, or slow. It takes hours for tokens to be sent out, and when phoning, after being first in line for more than 11 minutes, the staff are rude.<br> <br> Maybe you should invest in proper systems, running on dynamic DNS systems just shows that your systems are low budget, get a static IP address for less than R100 a month, or even a hosted server for less than R500 per month.<br> <br> I can't wait to get out of this complex and get a proper metering company like Impact Meters to handle my account.
