Very bad service

Got a low credit warning on a weekend that I was away from home. Topped up the electricity and received a bank confirmation that money left my account and a netcash proof of payment so I was assured that my credits were topped up.

Got back home on Sunday evening only to find that my electricity was disconnected. I deposited additional funds and expected the electricity to be reconnected but it was not. After-hours emergency was also non responsive. My electricity was only reconnected again on Monday morning after 8am, after I had to make alternative arrangements to move some temperature sensitive medication and food from fridges because of the electricity being off over a long period.

Called in on Monday to follow up on a credit for the failed deposit and I was asked to email proof of payments. I did, twice, and received no response on my email. Followed up again the following day and after getting cut off twice, managed to reach a consultant who put me on hold for 20 minutes while she "checks with her manager". I eventually cut the call and tried calling back but yet again my call went unanswered.

I am extremely disappointed with the service that I have received, not once but continuously.
