Utter nonsense metering system- CANCEL PROTEA METERING!!!!

I have no stars to give. Its been only 2 full months living here and already coming here to state my grievance after countless emails back and forth apologies of inconveniences. Their system is always at fault, the property management clearly not helpful because such should have been resolved long ago!!! Now the meter fault has been saying i owe them over R250 000, they switched off my electricity 3 times, as we speak im in the dark because of such utter nonsense and degrading and incompetence. It is frustrating, its during the week, and now have to deal with such!!!
