Useless Services - no clue of customer service

Loaded electricity and verified with the bank, which happens to be the same back Protea metering use, sent them the proof of payment, I’m still in the dark, these guys tell me my payment didn’t reflect, I’m registered with these guys, yet I’m treated like a non-customer, I called these guys and all they could tell me is they can’t help me. Why do we need them? Don’t see any value from their services, I’m just forced to take them up, we should have a choice as consumers. Imagine paying for a service & getting no services, it’s ridiculous..
