USELESS SERVICE
I experience continuing problems with this company failing to credit my electricity meter after sending numerous proof of payment emails. When I phoned them to query this, they put the phone down on me. Our Managing Agents, Mamre who appointed them are of not much help either.

The credit will only reflect on our side once the payment comes through on our bank statement.
The EFT option that you are using for payments can take up to 3 working days to reflect. This is the option that has no transaction fee linked to it. Sending us the proof of payment does not enable us to credit your account if we have not received the funds on our side yet.
You must allow sufficient time for the payment to reflect.
If your credit is too low, or if your meter has run out already, you must make use of the payment options that are immediate. The immediate payment options however have a transaction fee.
