Unwarranted charges
I am a new tenant at Grand Central Towers in Midrand. I have not moved into my apartment as yet however since the day they had registered me on the 17th Feb I was shocked to see that I was already on a negative credit of R18. Every day since then I have been charged with things I have no knowledge of, I have the screenshots. Today (23rd Feb) I'm sitting on -R42.56 how though? It's not adding up, who is consuming water & electricity while no one is there. These charges are unacceptable !

You have a credit wallet account, where payment needs to be made in advance to maintain a credit balance. As electricity, water and hot water is consumed, the daily consumption gets deducted from the available credit.
You have simply not started off by making a payment before you have started using electricity and water. That is why the account initially reflected an outstanding balance, up to the point where you have made a payment.
