Units Dont Last
Horrible!! Horrible!! Units do NOT last! You hardly cook and you switch the gyser off but still consume a lot! You guys need auditing really! Something is off with y’all. 🙁🙁🤔🤔

The account includes charges for electricity, water, sewer and the CT fixed charges.
The amount that you pay should be in line with the actual consumption, meaning if a person is using water & electricity for the value of for example R300 per month, payment for R200 only will not suffice and the electricity will switch off.
What is noticed is the change of payment habits. Before you used to buy for bigger amounts like R500, R700, R300. But lately you are buying for R100 at a time and that will not last you as long as the bigger amounts.
There is nothing wrong with the account and the consumption figures are withing normal parameters. Electricity is less than 300 kwh per month and water around 7-8 kl per month.
