Unfair recharge fee
I have been recharging using netcash since inception and I was not being charged a recharge fee. Since the beginning of November you are now charging each and every transaction with a fee. Please reverse all the recharge fees levied on my account because this is an unfair business practice. Be fair

There are transaction fees payable on all the vending platforms.
For a transaction without any vending fees payable you can do an EFT into our Nedbank account. Details will be provided in an email.
