Literally came to Hello Peter to check what other people had to say about this company after I nearly had a heart attack for loading R100 electricity around 11am, at 1pm my fiance checks balance only to find R9 remaining. I won't even bother to place an inquiry because seemingly your customer service is the pits, as the person handling your Hello Peter account is rude and demeaning. Don't even bother with a reply, my family and I are moving out. I don't know how you're still operating with all this bad service.

We provide services from Cape town to KZN, Mpumalanga, North West, Gauteng etc.
Each client is paying according to the promulgated tariff structure of the relevant local authority.
Accounts may include electricity, water, sewer, fixed charges etc - all according to the promulgated tariffs that are beyond our control.
How electricity and/or water is consumed is solely controlled by the residents of a unit and therefore also beyond our control.
