Token error that cannot be fixed for 2 weeks!

They are terrible,we have now bought R2000 worth of electricity and the month isn't over yet, they claim it is the tariffs that they dont control but thats pathetic..we have had prepaid for a while with other metering companies..our electricity never depleted this fast! Everytime you purchase a voucher for the month, the units are less..then there is the issue of not being able to buy 2 vouchers on the same day as one wouldn't work..and they say its a technical issue which has taken 2 weeks to fix..yesterday we were even told to wait until Monday for feedback! They are sitting with my R500 voucher for 2 weeks unable to get the token to work!
