This is really unacceptable

I have been trying to load electricity token from yesterday its saying reject.i called protea metering they told me to buy through fnb atm i did that sent them email.till now no reply i dnt have electricity in my house im trying to call emergency number its not going through i dnt know if thats how they operate with their clients
