The people who this company are making a killing out of robbing people. I moved out of my flat and there is no one who leaves there and no leakage no electricity which is on, but everyday they charging me. I do not understand why this is so. These people are *******.

You unfortunately did not provide the address to enable us to check the account. If you have moved out of the unit, you should please contact our offices for a termination form to be forwarded to you so that we can terminate the account. You should also de-register on OAMI so that no charges are levied against your name.
For units with water included in the bill, there is a fixed water- and/or sewer charge that gets divided into a daily amount and payable by the owner of a unit while the unit is empty. We do not believe that you have made actual payments since you have moved out.
Terminating the account if you have moved out is therefore very important - please contact our offices with assistance with that?
