Their tariffs are insane, this company has the poorest customer service.

Kindly note that no Company is allowed to compile their own tariff structure. The Council's promulgated tariffs are applicable and all resellers and consumers are bound to it.
Kindly contact the Portfolio Manager and provide your account number or address to enable us to forward you the relevant Council's promulgated tariffs?
