The worst and scariest billers

The worst and scariest billers of all time. I live on a 2 bed apartment in Centurion, Village Valencia, and the Water & Electricity is handled by Protea Metering, what a nightmare and ******* company, I have been paying R800 electricity and R300 Water approx. and that would sustain my famly a week over the month. Last month suddenly my electricity cut off, I was told im in arreas over a prepaid meter which makes absolutely no sense, well enough I paid R1650 within 3 weeks. From the 30th of June today 20th of July I have paid an total R1850 and I just topped R100 to keep the lights ON. What in the world is this I have paid a total of R3600 in 5 weeks a fam of two full time working adults and two day school kids. Te protea office is not responding or assisting.
