Terrible service!!!!!!!!

We had an issue after loadshedding and the power was back on, our unit just went off the technician attended,no update was given to us and we kept buying electricity only to find out the meter was replaced when I called in to check why the units are not reflecting. If that wasn't terrible enough, after buying units not once or twice but 3 times today the damn new meter is not loading called they told to wait an hour it should reflect, called again only to be told try sent out a tech with no ETA. This is the damn pits!!!
