Terrible and unkind service from Protea Metering

I’ve had electrical trips daily and there seems to be no help from Protea metering. I was even told that there is something wrong that I must be doing causing my electrical trips. I’m currently on my second night without electricity and it seems that the people do not understand why. I have enough funds in my unit so why is my unit the only one without electricity!
