Terrible and Horrible service - Carlswald Crest
My house has been vacant(without any appliances and anyone staying in it) for about 4 months,but to my surprise I have been billed approximately R1,600 (500 units) and even when I was staying in that house I never used that much...why now? I tried to enquire through email and numerous phone calls and Sandra never bothered to respond ,instead she conveyed the messages through the reception lady. She said they will investigate but in the meantime I should pay to avoid my account being handed over to debt collectors. Why should I pay for the services I did not utilize. Am I not supposed to get a reference number or formal communication notifying me about investigation.
