Surprisingly good service
Thank you Protea Metering, specifically Mahlodi and Pontsho, for sorting out my issues with prepaid tokens.
While I could not get through to your offices by calling, I did get a response a few hours after emailing and the team solved all my queries quickly while keeping in communication through email.
