STOP USING PROTEA METERING

This is one Bull**** of a company and I dont know why they dont let us buy our Own Electricity + Water and let us upload it manually. I hadly cook nor use any appliances in my flat cause Im usually away with work for a Week but to my suprise my balance is always decreasing as if someone was in my flat. This is wrong and people are leaving these flats because of this Protea metering and how they are ******** people...Most flats are becoming vacant because people are tired of this, why not allow people to use the meter boxes in their flats to upload their Water & Electricity ? People have lost their jobs and its hard to make ends meet, as if thats not enough Protea metering on the side is draining peoples pockets.
