Sick and tired of Protea metering
Protea metering is the worst thing that has ever happened in my life.Their service is so bad and I’m always paying high amounts for water which doesn’t make sense at all.I am so sick and tired of protea metering I am currently staying at Sondela village and it’s the worst decision I’ve ever made.If it’s not the electricity that’s sky high it’s the water bill and whenever I ask for assistance I can never be assisted by protea metering.Yal are just ripping us off.Can I just move in at a place where there is no protea metering

Kindly note that electricity, water and sewer are being billed according to the promulgated Ekurhuleni tariffs, and according to your actual consumption. You are also able to view and manage your account/consumption by logging on onto the OAMI platform.
