Shared services... Electricity bill

Protea Metering is ripping the clients alive, it now charges R20 of shared services a day out of electricity without even informing the clients. How am I being charged this much on a prepaid bill? Like either you cook or not nor consume electricity for that matter they are charging. Now I am expecting to load +-R 900 a month for shared services??

I did load R110 on the 01 of June.. Today of the 03 I am left with R 19 of electricity.. This is insane
