****!*******! DISGUSTED AND GATVOL!
I have had endless nightmares with this company! My average daily consumption is 4.9 units, but whenever it comes close to payday, they get the urge to tell me I've used 30 units in one day!! This means, you can look at your predicted cut off date the whole month, Budget accordingly, but if they decide you will have to top up electricity before month end, because you used 6 times more than your average, IN ONE DAY! you will need to make a plan, or stay in the dark! My matter is being looked at by the technical team, apparently. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST! THEY WILL TELL YOU YOUR RENT IS CHEAP, BUT THEY WILL FIND A WAY TO MAKE UP FOR THE COST VIA ELECTRICITY!

Your are paying rent and electricity to 2 different entities who have nothing to do with each other. The electricity funds are not paid over to your rental agent, but is used to pay the bulk electricity account for the complex.
Some days you use less, and some days more, depending on what appliances are used. For example, your daily consumption will be more on a day that you do laundry or use the oven than what it will be on other days.
Your daily average is an estimated daily calculation according to the consumption history that is used as a tool to assist you to manage your account. It does not determine how you use electricity on any given day.
You are the only one who is in control of how much you consume per day.

There are no facilities for me to do my laundry.(Now I know you are going by principal in giving me an example) The oven was INDEED OFF, Nothing was done differently to justify a difference of thirty units that was "consumed" that particular day. I'm even afraid to switch on the bathroom light, but yet, there is a significant difference in amount.
