Like the majority of the Councils, Tshwane's tariffs are also according to a sliding scale/block tariff. This means that all the kwh that you use do not come at a flat rate, but that the more you use per calendar month, the more expensive the kwh become.
With all the prepaid purchases that are made, the number of kwh already bought in a specific month gets calculated according to the inclining block tariff.
We will send you the Tshwane Tariff document as well as a calculation of the kwh tariffs reflective of the purchases that you have made in an email.
Kind regards

In your initial complaint you referred to the invoices that you receive. Since you are aware that you have to pay for services, kindly make payment without delay to avoid cut action and the related charges.
Kind regards
