I have been away for a week. There's no one at my apartment and therefore zero electricity and water consumption. There's no leakages and the main switch is off, but I'm still getting charged every day. For what, only God knows. Now I'm getting notifications that my account is overdue. How??? when I'm on prepaid. What is the meaning of prepaid? Ive been using prepaid electricity for years now and in other apartments once you run out of units then you are on zero, and you have no electricity. Never have I seen a negative (overdue) charge on prepaid. I've sent emails but haven't received any response. Are these people legit or are they running some ****?
