Why am I being charged extra no one has really bothered to truly explain to me why im in arrears I cnt buy electricity every week when im living alone ever since we switched to this stupid smart box I am actually paying way more than before. Molware 156
Its been months where they have been charging me extra.

Since you are on the Credit Wallet System, your account has never reflected an overdue amount. Are you not perhaps mistaking the credit balance reflected on the account for an arrears amount?
