RUN FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

Worst company!!! If you are buying a property or renting and you see Protea Metering, RUN FOR THE HILLS!! they lie, and ***** your hard earned money. And when you try dispute chargers (like over R800 in one day, infact we had credit of R1400 and then within an hour all of a sudden they say we spend R800, IMPOSSIBLE ) they will just send you screens shots and give no answers. Another gent in our complex, within 2 hours he was all of a sudden in the minus of R5000!!!! We took the statements and put it into ChatGPT, the inaccuracies and erroneous chargers are all highlighted in red. The statement is not a true reflection of the water or electricity used. Nearly R2000 a month for 2 people, who has a solar geyer and gas stove... LIES AND THEFT! You will email and beg for help and they wont assist, if you try write a review on FB or comment on any pists negativly they block you! You should be ashamed of yourself Protea Metering! STOP *****ING FROM HARD WORKING SOUTH AFRICANS, and give our money back!
