RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, NO SERVICE

Poor, rude service. I got off the phone an hour ago with a very rude lady called Fiona who insists that our meter has been unblocked despite having informed her that it's not. I tried to make a purchase before I called and after getting off the call with her, yet she rudely insists that it was unblocked at 09h22, raising her voice in the process.

I further emailed her office to intervene and assist urgently and forward details of the relevant person to escalate this matter to, still nothing from them. Payment was made yesterday in the morning already and proof of payment was sent to their mailbox including a follow up call yet no one came back to me. I sent a complaint email, still nothing
