Rude and not helpful

Protea metering is the worst service provider. I have been waiting for my deposit refund for more than 2 months. Everytime I send a follow up *** they come up with excuses and more delays with regards to my deposit. Their customer service over the phone is terrible. I had multiple interactions with them and they are rude, have a lack of consideration for their current and previous clients and simply just useless. 1000% would not recommend.
