Total exploitation. Our emails r been ignored, call center knows nothing about how this metering thing works. They can't answer accurately. For two weeks now I spend like more than R70 every day and each morning I wake up with a negative balance. Geyser is switched off, no eater, hardly cook because mostly at work. How is my water and electricity gets consumed without me using it?? It shows I've been using 36 to 40 liters of water psst 3 days which I did not cos I'm not at home at all. Last Thursday I bought R100 worth of electricity, till 2day it has not reflected, n I always use my capitec app to buy. Anyone reading this is there any legal lawful help i can get. Protea metering won't help...I no longer can afford their poor service
