Riduculice charging

Our complex moved from a prepaid meter for electricity to Protea Metering where they control the water and the electricity. Since we have been using them my bill have been increasing every month. When we where on a prepaid meter we did not use more than R500 electricity a month and now we are still doing the same things every day and my electricity is more than R700 every month . Not to talk about the water we use minimal water every day and they are saying that we use a lot of water in a day. This is reduculice how they charge just what they want. O and one more thing they deduct money of when you buy the electricity/water vouch how. They are money *****'s and just billing what they want. Not fair to the people .
