Ridiculously high electricity consumption

Protea Metering is a ****!!!!!!!!!!!!

The electricity consumption is ridiculously high. I am not even by my place right now, I went home for holidays, but my electricity ran out and theres no one in my unit using electricity nor water. The only thing thats using electricity is my fridge and a fridge alone does not consume so much electricity.

Everytime I call and complain they tell me to send an email but I don’t get any help. They always tell us the same story, one excuse after another. If its not about water being billed whenever its a leakage and theres not even a leakage in my unit.

I am now tired of Protea Metering, I have had it!!! This company needs to be exposed, they must be taken to the papers. This is ****************, and we cannot live like this!!!!
