Really Unhappy

Its amazing how when they took my deposit there wasn't a backlog but now that I want to be refunded, there is a backlog. Whether its R20 or R1000 if you took it you should refund it in reasonable time. That's what well-run companies do. I have said it before, stay away from any property that uses Protea Metering. They were able to take my money with no backlog but now that I want it back they lie every week and say I will get it. This is over a month after I moved out by the way. Believe the reviews.

And they keep replying to people saying Eskom sets the tariffs but in my current non-Protea Metering complex I pay less than R400 for prepaid electricity. I used to pay R1500 monthly when I stayed in a Protea Metering unit.
