Protea metering worst service
Worst experience with Protea metering. Issues not resolved and now in the dark. Delays in answering calls and on answering resolutions not there. Bought electricity for R1600 and nothing so far, from Thursday 13th to date

18 Aug 2026, 18:03Its not helping and call volumes is not the issue. Incompetence is. the tokens you gave are only a few kwh, and expected to be finished tonight. No one got in touch with me, an indication of lack of care.
