Protea Metering- Worst metering system. No estimated time of fixing. We are still in the dark

The worst service in the world. You remain in the dark with these ones. All the tenants at Southgate Ridge will tell you worse stories. From hours to days without electricity.

My electricity jumped from a very positive to an extremely negative number suddenly. My meter went off and switching it on is next to impossible. No ETA on fixing problems. You just have to guess when the technicians will come to you. It could be in an hour,a day or never
