PROTEA METERING - WORST EVER SERVICE

I moved into a property which deals with Protea metering.

I visited their offices to pay for and buy electricity and was informed that i would receive an sms with the electricity coupon.

I never received the SMS and have been without electricity for 2 days now.

Tried calling their contact details and they all ring for hours without any pickup, held for 45 minutes this morning and held for 53 minutes now.

THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE.
