It seems that you have missed the fact that Unipin transaction fees are deducted from the amount that you purchase for.
You should consider the payment option where no transaction fees are charged - by paying directly into our Nedbank account and by using your meter number as the payment reference. What should be kept in mind if you would like to use this free option is that it is not a live platform, meaning that you need to allow 2 to 3 working days for the payment to reflect on our bank statement. This payment method works very well if it is properly managed. If you make payment once a month for an amount that is sufficient for the month, you will not be paying any transaction fee. Topping up on a different platform should then be done only if you run short on electricity and needs to buy for a small amount to get through for a day or two. Managing payments in this manner may save you a lot on transaction fees.
Your account does not reflect any transaction done on the first. Kindly send an email to our prepaid department or the portfolio manager for your complex, and please attach the proof of payment? They will assist you properly to get the matter resolved.
Warm regards
