Protea Metering Pathetic service

Protea is the worst service provider. Woke up with no electricity and once iv toppwd up it takes the whole damn day for them to reconnect. Iv spoken to 3 different people and theg alsl pretty mich useless - (Noeleen, Lerato, the other ones name starts with a C) of which none of them ever get back you. They always promise to send their technicinas that never come through. Its reallg frustrating since they know most people are working from home, we have babies etc I wont mention how fast their electricity is used up regardless of how little appliances you have on.

I dont understand what the people in these offices are doung because they always tell you to switch everything off on the main switch board and then pull the "we'll send a technician over" line.

Protea Metering does not respect its customers. They have a distasteful "We Dont Care" attitude.

What is so difficult with reconnecting electricity when you see they have topped up their funds. The whole flippin day gone to waste,nx
