Protea metering is the biggest **** ever witness in SA
This company is the biggest **** we ever witness in south Africa. these people are *******. They just introduced these metering at terenure estate the water and electricity consumption can run better than Usain Bolt. I'm moving out of that place clearly someone is benefiting from this ****.

Electricity, water and sewer are sold on behalf of the Body Corporate = funds collected are paid over to the Body Corporate as they in turn have to settle the bulk account for services rendered. All items are sold at the promulgated tariffs. Paying for services in advance is sometimes something to get used to... However the prepaid method protects the Body Corporate from under recoveries, bad debt, late payments etc.
For the month of October you have used 292 kwh of electricity, and 11 kl of water. These consumption figures seem to be completely within normal parameters.
You are, however welcome to obtain the relevant promulgated tariffs from our or the Council offices. You are also welcome to contact us should you wish to have your meters tested for accuracy.
