Protea metering is robbing me of units
I give them a three-star because the prepaid meter is taking robbing me of units. for example. I had 7.4 units left and then added 26.4 units the meter shows only 33.2 it ****** me of 0. 4 units. It might not sound like a lot , but if you do this twice a week it adds up to extra rands. So technically they are robbing me. And I can sue and claim a refund.I have emailed the boy corporate and still nothing has been done.

The correct amount of kWh was issued.

We cannot use/deduct electricity off the meter.
What needs to be considered is that while you are loading all your appliances are not switched off. The electricity consumed while you are loading will be taken into consideration in the available credits reflected after the loading is done.
If the correct amount of electricity was issued you have not lost anything, the difference is what you have used.
